Reggie Morris
Owner
From 1988-1989 Mr. Morris worked as a collector for Columbia Adjustment Bureau in Columbia, Tennessee. In 1993, Mr. Morris began a 15 year employment with Professional Adjustment Service in Nashville, Tennessee. During this time, he held positions as Salesperson, Sales Manager and President of a subsidiary comapny (CFO Collections) for PAS. In 2008, Mr. Morris purchased FOX Collection Center and oversees all aspects of the Operation. Mr. Morris also owns CFO Collections, Inc., a company which employs Cable TV and Internet Technicians. This company provides contracted services and door-to-door collections throughout the Southeast. Mr. Morris is currently a member of the ACA, TCA, several MGMA chapters including the State MGMA. He also participates in local Chamber of Commerces.
Frank Fox
Vice President and Licensed Location Manager
Frank Fox started in the collection business in 1970. He was the “manager trainee” at Fox Debt Liquidation Service, Inc. In 1989 he purchased Fox Debt Liquidation Service and assumed the role as President and majority stock holder in Fox Collection Center. Frank has held offices in the Goodlettsville Chamber of Commerce, Nashville Consumer Credit Association, Tennessee Collectors Association, and American Collectors Association. He lives in Millersville (Sumner County) Tennessee and has served as Fire Chief, City Manager and City Commissioner.
Joann Birdwell
Controller
Mrs. Birdwell began her business career at Form Fit Rogers in 1960. She remained there until 1984 when it closed as the Payroll clerk for production and payroll.
In 1985, Mrs. Birdwell started working with Fox Liquidation Service – Sales Manager In 1988,Promoted to Collections Manager. Continued to bring on new business in sales. 1990 became minority owner of Fox Collection Center From 1990 on, Mrs. Birdwell worked in many capacities with FOX. She acted as the CFO, Collection Manager, Controller while continuing to be the Sales and Collection Manager. In 2008, upon the acquisition of FOX by Professional Recovery Management, Inc., she continues to operate as Controller. Her current responsibilities include: Accounts Payable, HR, Payroll, Overseeing the collection floor management and works with the management team to oversee the day to day operations of FOX.
Over the past 25 years Mrs. Birwell has been a member of many organizations. She also served in many leadership roles in these organizations.
Active Member – TCA since 1985 President and Secretary of the TCA Member of Chambers of Goodlettsville, Lafayette Lions club, President twice, Zone Chairman, two years. Lion of the Year Melvin Jones leadership Award School Board of Macon County for 6 years Chairman of the Financial Womens Organization.
Davy Stout
Vice President
Davy Stout, Vice President of FOX Collection Center has been involved in healthcare operations since 1995. He has managed primary care and ancillary medical facilities over the years in the middle Tennessee area. Since 2006, Davy has been in sales and sales management. Mixing his sales skills and operational background, Davy has helped grow FOX’s client base since coming on board with them in 2008.
