Bill Gayle
Senior Sales Account Manager
Bill Gayle began in the collection industry for over 30 years. He has been a collector, involved in sales, and a president and owner. Currently, Mr. Gayle is the Senior Account Manager for FOX Collection Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Bill is a Past-President of the Tennessee Collectors Association (TCA) and has won 4 Education Chairman of the Year awards from ACA International. He has been awarded ACA International’s Beacon Award for his lobbying efforts on the national level to clarify and amend the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and has been recognized by TCA for helping to draft and pass Tennessee’s Right of Assignment Bill. He holds a Tennessee Location Manager’s license, is a Professional Trainer Specialist, and certified Instructor. Mr. Gayle is responsible for the continuing education and training of the collectors on staff at FOX. He also keeps abreast of the FDCPA, HIPPA, Red Flag. FACTA guidelines and ensures that FOX stays in compliance within all of those organizations parameters.

Bill has worked over 20 years in the collection industry in sales and marketing in the Nashville Area. Bill has attended several ACA-sponsored sales schools such as Commercial and Government. Through his years in the industry he has successfully increased his client portfolio from approximately 50 clients to over 800 clients. His result-oriented personality has worked well for him over his years in the collection industry. His main goals and objectives are to continue to develop new business for Fox Collections and to service his existing client portfolio that includes doctors, hospitals, government entities, utility companies, cable companies and other industries.
